These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the KKBD platform and all its services. KKBD (kkbd-baji.com) is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between KKBD and its members.

By using the KKBD website, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using KKBD's services.

Age Restriction

To open an account and use KKBD's services, you must be at least 18 Years You must meet this requirement. We strictly prohibit minors from gaming. KKBD may request a National ID or other documents to verify age at any time.

One member, one account

Each individual may only One KKBD Account Only create an account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all accounts being closed and all deposited and won funds being forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false or incorrect information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

• Active email address (if applicable)
• Correct Date of Birth

Keeping your KKBD account secure is your own responsibility. Never share your login credentials, password, or OTP with anyone. No KKBD staff member will ever ask for your password or PIN — if someone does, it is a fraud attempt.

• Use a strong password (a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters)
• Change your password regularly
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices
• Enable biometric login (fingerprint/Face ID) in the app
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Support immediately

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. KKBD will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access.

Deposit Rules

All deposits at KKBD must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account may not be accepted and could be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method
• At least one deposit must be completed before your first withdrawal
• An active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements may prevent withdrawals
• KKBD reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions

Anti-Money Laundering

KKBD follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. For large transactions, KKBD reserves the right to verify the source of funds. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.

All games and betting on KKBD are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and never predetermined. KKBD has no prior knowledge of, nor any influence over, the result of any match or game.

Betting Restrictions

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled
• Bets cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded
• In the event of an abandoned match, bet settlement will be at KKBD's discretion

Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change at any time. Always verify the odds before confirming your bet. If odds change due to network delays, KKBD will settle the bet at the updated odds.

KKBD periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the respective offer details.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require wagering before withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

• Direct withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted
• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by KKBD
• Accepting another bonus while one is already active may result in both being cancelled
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days
• Bonus claims from the same IP address or device may be restricted

KKBD is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to play for entertainment, not out of compulsion. KKBD provides a range of protective tools to support this.

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum limit per single bet
• Temporary break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 30 days
• Permanent closure: You may permanently close your account at any time

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KKBD. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering under a false or another person's identity
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Hacking, phishing, or cyber attacks
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Intimidating or harassing other members
• Infringement of KKBD's copyright or intellectual property

You may request the closure of your KKBD account at any time through the Support Team. Any pending bets will be settled and your available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

KKBD reserves the right to suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violations of These Terms
• Providing False Information
• Fraud or attempted deception
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Orders from courts or regulatory authorities

KKBD shall not be held liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Bet losses due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
• Loss of account access due to user negligence
• Unexpected technical errors or maintenance downtime
• Service suspension under directives from the Government of Bangladesh

KKBD always strives to ensure maximum uptime and stability. However, compensation for technical issues is at KKBD's sole discretion.

If a dispute arises between KKBD and a member, please contact our support team first to seek a resolution. We are committed to resolving all disputes honestly and promptly.

• Report any dispute to KKBD support within 72 hours of it arising
• Submit with relevant screenshots, transaction IDs, and dates
• KKBD will provide an initial response within 5 business days
• For complex disputes, independent third-party mediation may be sought

KKBD reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or push notification.

Continued use of KKBD after updated Terms & Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
